Notes: Although the thus far unidentified scribe of the Katz MS tends to be fairly accurate with his note texts, he seems to have been confused by the eight-line lower staff when copying the beginning of this piece. The first left-hand chord probably was copied a third too high (i.e., should read e-g-b), while the two upper voices seem to have been copied a third to low (hence the chord should read B-f#-b). No such errors appear in the remainder of the piece.
